I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for a wonderful stay. Both, my father and myself, enjoyed our time at the Village every minute, loved the waterbed, the thatched roof hut, our trips to different locations, the tasting dishes especially for dinner, as well as the friendly atmosphere. I sincerely hope to be able to return one day!

While in Pohnpei on business I had the opportunity to stay at the Village Hotel. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. I asked to be set up with a guide for the day to go "whipping" for giant Trevally. It was a great day with much success. My guide was very knowledgeable and got me into all kinds of fish. I would recommend highly the fishing services at the Village Hotel.

The hotel is out of this world. We knew immediately that we had stumbled upon a spot often boasted about but rarely produced. ... this was truly the most unique and enjoyable vacation we have ever taken. We would highly recommend the Village to anyone looking to get off the beaten path. Why we hadn't heard more about the Village and Pohnpei is beyond us, but now that we have been there, we will be back.
