Myself , husband and 2 friends were at the Lisu Lodge Nov 26 and 27th 2003. It was one of our best experiences in Thailand. We enjoyed relaxing at the Lodge and mingling with the children. I honestly feel like part of me stayed at the lodge. The little girls were so sweet, fun and added to the charm of the lodge. Please always allow them to be there. The people as a whole were all so friendly, courteous, polite and respectful. The food was delicious, ambiance spectacular and tours were a lot of fun. We learnt how the Lisu people live their day-to-day lives. They allowed us into their homes with open doors without a hesitation whatsoever. We saw some Lisu ladies in Patong and recognized they were Lisu. We communicated with one another that we had been to their village on the mountain and they smiled. This paradise in the mountains I will forever remember. Ah koo boo moo!
